A paranormal novella premise invaded my senses this month. 

In light of the events of 2025 thus far, I was inspired to write about survivors of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic violence.

I want to channel my anger, disgust, and disappointment into a story, to defend those whose voices were not heard, like the Epstein/Maxwell survivors; for those who experienced the injustice of labeling their abuser as a victim.

I see you.
I hear all of you, loud and clear.

I’ve been writing all month, and I want to get this novella in circulation by October, just in time for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 

I want my book to be a very loud statement for those who thought survivors would be silenced. 

A story for the lawmakers who thought their decisions would cause survivors to give up and stay silent. You added fuel to our fire and strengthened our resolve.
